Dear Beloved,
Jesus' words in Mark 12:17 challenge us to think about what we are truly offering to God. Paul echoes this in Romans 12:1, saying, “Give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.”
God does not just ask for a portion of our lives—He asks for everything. Yet, many of us hold back. We give Him our Sunday mornings but keep our weekdays for ourselves. We offer our words in prayer but hesitate to surrender our plans. We give financial offerings but keep our hearts distant. Jesus reminds us that true worship is not about partial devotion—it is about giving to God what belongs to Him.
I urge you today to examine your heart. Is there something you are holding back from God? Is there an area of your life where you have not fully surrendered? Whatever it is, trust that when you give it to Him, He will bless it beyond measure. Do not hold back—give to God what is rightfully His.
Surrendered in Christ,
Brother Jesse
