El Shaddai, God Almighty,
Tonight, I rest in the assurance that You are my strength and my provider. In a world that constantly demands my attention and loyalty, I choose to fix my heart on You. Your Word reminds me that no one can serve two masters. My allegiance is to You alone, for You alone are worthy.
Forgive me, El Shaddai, for the moments when I have been distracted by the cares of this world. Set my heart firmly on Your truth, and give me the courage to stand for You in all that I do. As I sleep, may Your peace cover me, and may Your Spirit renew me for the day ahead.
In Jesus’ precious name, I pray. Amen.
