Jesus summarizes all of God’s law into two commands: love God and love others. This love is not passive; it is active, sacrificial, and unconditional. Loving others includes those who are difficult, those who oppose us, and those who seem unworthy of our love. The more we love God, the more we can love people—even our enemies—because His love flows through us.

- Why do you think loving God and others fulfills all of God’s commands?
- How can you grow in love for both God and people?
- Is there someone in your life you struggle to love? How can you show them God’s love?
Pray for a deeper love for God and for the ability to love others as He does.
