As we continue to celebrate the Advent season, I am filled with joy and gratitude for the opportunity to reflect on the true meaning of this blessed time. The third Sunday of Advent is a special moment for us to focus on the joy of salvation, a joy that transcends the material celebrations of Christmas and connects us with the deeper, eternal joy found in the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
This Sunday, December 15, 2024, we will explore how the joy of salvation fills our hearts and minds, reminding us that the greatest gift we can ever receive is the grace of God through His Son. While the holiday season often centers on the giving and receiving of material gifts, we must remember that true joy does not come wrapped in paper or tied with ribbons. The joy that comes from knowing Jesus as our Savior is lasting, unshakable, and transformative.
I invite you to mark your calendars and share this message with your family and friends. This season, let us focus on the joy that comes from Christ alone and how we, in turn, can share that joy with those around us. Whether through an encouraging word, a kind deed, or supporting our ministry as we spread the Good News, each action reflects the joy that Christ has brought into our lives.
As always, I am grateful for your continued support of our ministry during this Advent season. May the joy of salvation fill your hearts, and may we all carry that joy into the world, sharing the Good News of Christ's birth with everyone we meet.
In Christ’s love,
Brother Jesse
