Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Psalm 145:9 declares: “The Lord is good to everyone. He showers compassion on all his creation.” God’s compassion is not selective; it flows to all people and all creation. The very breath in our lungs, the food on our tables, and the beauty of a sunrise are tokens of His daily compassion.
Too often, compassion is scarce in this world. People rush by one another, ignoring pain and suffering. Yet, as children of God, we are called to embody His compassion. Every act of kindness, every word of comfort, every prayer for the hurting reflects His character.
This week, ask yourself: How can I be an agent of God’s compassion? Perhaps it is visiting a lonely neighbor, offering a meal to someone in need, or simply listening with a caring heart. When we show compassion, we mirror the God who showers it upon us all.
So, I say to you, “May the Lord strengthen your faith and use it for His glory, as you walk humbly in His presence.”
