Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Paul assures us that one day Christ will “take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like his own.” This promise of transformation is not just for the distant future—it is the hope that sustains us even now.
In our present frailty, in sickness, in pain, in aging bodies that grow weary, we hold onto this blessed hope: we will not remain as we are. The power of Christ, which rules over all creation, will one day transform us into His glorious likeness.
This truth strengthens us to endure trials and gives us courage to face each day. We live not in despair, but in the sure confidence of a glorious future. Let us hold fast to this promise and encourage one another with these words until the day He comes.
So, I say to you, “May the Lord strengthen your faith and use it for His glory, as you walk humbly in His presence.”
