Sunday Message - Closing Prayer

As we conclude our day of praise and worship, let us always remember that the God who we serve will always guide and protect us. Not matter what problems we face, He will be there and instantly provide that peace that we need so desperately in the coming week.

Just as Christ Jesus told the 72 as they prepared to go out into the world, he tells us the same things today. We will be going out like lambs among the wolves. The only thing we need to carry with us is the Word of God.

God tells His children in Deuteronomy 11 to commit themselves wholeheartedly to His words and to tie them to their hands and wear them on their foreheads as reminders.

We, too, must commit ourselves wholeheartedly and be obedient to God by realizing that the harvest is great, but the workers are few. Stand firm in His grace and work for the Master.

Almighty God, as we come to the conclusion of our day of prayer, praise and worship of You, we thank You for the strength You provide us daily to weather the storms of life. You are Our God and we are Your children.

As we go out into the world, give us the strength to minister to those in need. There are so many who are in pain and we know that You can give them that peace that surpasses all understanding.

I ask that You bless everyone who reads or listens to our message. We do all these things not for our praise, but for Your glory alone. You are the master and we are the humbly servants who lovingly serve in Your kingdom.

We pray for all those who are facing problems. Medical problems. Financial problems. Marital problems. No matter what the source of the problem is, we know that You will provide a way out of all.

It is in Your son's most, precious and holy name, we pray.

Amen.
