Dear Beloved,
Good day in the name of our Lord! As we continue our journey through this week’s lessons, I want to reflect on our Christian duty to help others. Romans 12:13 challenges us to be ready to help those in need and to practice hospitality. This is a direct call to action—a reminder that our faith is not something to be hidden or kept to ourselves, but something to be actively shared with others.
We live in a world where many people are struggling, whether in material needs, emotional pain, or spiritual distress. As followers of Christ, we are called to meet these needs with love and generosity. It is not enough to acknowledge the struggles of others; we must step into their lives and offer our help, whether that is through providing food, offering a listening ear, or simply showing kindness.
Take time today to consider how you can help someone in need. Ask God to open your eyes to those around you who might need a word of encouragement, a helping hand, or a prayer. Remember, your acts of service, no matter how small, are powerful expressions of God’s love in the world.
With a heart of service,
Brother Jesse
