Bible Study for Sunday, March 24th: "Entering Jerusalem with Jesus"

Summary
On this Palm Sunday, we reflect on Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem and the significance of this event in the Gospel narrative. As Jesus approached the city, the crowds hailed him as the Messiah, waving palm branches and shouting praises. Yet, beneath the surface excitement lay deeper implications of Jesus' mission and identity.

Scripture Reading: Matthew 21:1-11 (NLT)

Questions to Consider
  1. What do you think motivated the crowd's enthusiastic reception of Jesus?
  2. How does Jesus' choice of transportation (riding on a donkey) fulfill prophecy and convey a message about his kingship?
  3. In what ways can we apply the lessons of Palm Sunday to our lives today?
