Many of us are already thinking about the year ahead—what we hope will change, what we pray will improve, and what challenges we may face. While planning has its place, it is important to remember that God promises strength for today, not anxiety for tomorrow.
The Lord does not overwhelm us with everything at once. Instead, He provides what we need for the moment we are in. When we feel tired, He strengthens us. When we feel unsure, He steadies us. When we feel weak, He meets us right where we are.
If today feels heavy, take heart. You are not expected to carry tomorrow’s burdens yet. God’s strength is already at work in you—right now, right here, and right on time.
